Matt Rozier
Director/DP/Camera/Editor
Matt originally worked as an actor, (graduating with a 1st from the Birmingham School of Acting) succesfully carving out a career in television, film and theatre. He then moved into theatre directing and was co-founder and Artistic Director of the award winning theatre company Rotten Park Road. Matt has been a member of the Soho Theatre Young Writer’s group and is currently a member of the Young Vic Genesis Director’s scheme.
Building on his knowledge of acting technique, textual analysis and physicality, Matt began working as a professional photographer to better understand the visual image and the language of film. Matt specialises in HDSLR technology and gets a kick out of creating cinematic images whilst telling interesting off beat stories.
Matt has just finished directing short film, ’Girl in the Woods’ with BAFTA Award winner Alex Rose. A co-production between Blind Crow and 3.15 Productions, the film is now in post and we’re hoping to have a piece ready for release by the Summer.
The work for the next Blind Crow short ‘Starlings’ is under way, and development has begun on the first Blind Crow feature ‘Glorious’.
Matt’s other short films include ‘Cold Shoulder’ and ‘Syzygy’ (penned by Royal Court Writer, Nick Payne).

Peter Wilkinson
Writer/Producer/Sound/B Camera
Peter, like Matt, originally worked as an actor, training at Northumbria University (1:1, 2006) and the Central School of Speech and Drama (MA Classical Acting). Throughout his training and the work which followed, he developed an understanding and passion for the film production process and for the first step of that process in particular – the written word.
Peter wrote his first play, a one man show, which was produced in Newcastle, in 2006. He then went on to become part of the Young Writer’s programme at the Royal Court Theatre. He has continued writing for the stage, both on new material and adaptations of classical texts, and is a script reader for the award winning new writing theatre, the Cock Tavern. He has, however, recently concentrated on screenwriting and screenplay reading. His first short film was produced by Babysweet Sessions in 2009.
Since the creation of Blind Crow Pictures Peter has written their first festival submission,‘Cold Shoulder’, and shorts ‘Cyclical Nature’, ‘Starlings’, and ‘Glorious’ – all of which are in various stages of pre-production.
Peter is also working alongside Lynne Haymes of 3.15 in producing ‘Girl In The Woods’.
